Meeting on Solar Wind Turbulence

June 4-7, 2013

A meeting/workshop on the properties, dynamics, observations and theory
of Solar Wind Turbulence
will be held at The Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport, ME
from Tuesday until Friday, June 4 to 7, 2013.

Registration opened February 8, 2013.

Registrants may pay with Mastercard or Visa.
The venue is limited to 70 participants, so please register early.
UNH employees and students are asked to register, but select defer payment,
and then speak with Christine Williams to arrange an internal money transfer.
Online registration closes May 17, 2013.

Rooms have been arranged at a significant discount to meeting participants.
To reserve a room you may contact The Nonantum Resort via the web
or by calling 1-800-552-5651.
Participants are asked to arrange their room reservations directly with the resort.
Request the group rate for the "2013 Kennebunkport Meeting on Turbulence".
The resort is not open until mid-April,
so you need to make your reservation in one of two ways:
Either call between 9AM and 3PM US East Coast time
or enter the above rate code online and reserve at the full price.
In the latter case, your reservation will not be discounted initially,
but you will pay the negotiated rate upon arrival or if you call them
once they are open for the season.

The deadline for room reservations will be in early May 2013.
The deadline for meeting registration is May 17, 2013.
