Registrants may pay with Mastercard or Visa.
The only registration receipt you will get is either by printing the final page
of the registration or hitting the button for "email receipt".
UNH employees and students are asked to register, but select defer payment,
and then speak with Christine Williams to arrange an internal money transfer.
The venue is not large, but it is friendly and relaxing.
The meeting is therefore limited to just 70 participants.
Please register early if you wish to attend.
Registration covers breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for the participants.
Spouses and families will need to cover their own breakfasts and lunches.
However, all are welcome to the receptions at the ends of the first two days.
If you complete the registration form, but exit before paying,
you are still registered.
You can return to pay later.
Online registration closes May 17, 2013.
Full refunds of registration payments can be made
for cancellations up until May 1, 2013.
After that time, registration payments are not refundable.
