Spin-plane electric and magnetic fields and electron differential energy flux at 5.9 keV and 3.6 keV at pitch angles of 10 degrees or less as measured by the Auroral Turbulence sounding rocket during a flickering aurora event on 6 March 1994. Coherent wave fluctuations begin near 283.5 seconds after launch, about 0.4 seconds after coherent flux modulations at the same frequency. From E. J. Lund et al., Geophys. Res. Lett., 22, 2465, 1995.
