BULK PARAMETERS OF THE ISM:

• Neutral density of H, O, and C (inside and outside)
• Temperature of H and O (inside and outside)
• Ionization State for H, O and C (together with plasma measurements)
• For angular resolution see: Simulation of Oxygen
• He may be possible with metastable negative ion

COMPOSITION:

• H, O, C and possibly other minor species (inside and outside)
• Isotopes: H and D

INTERACTION AT THE HELIOSPHERIC INTERFACE:

• Velocity and Temperature of two components of H and O in the interface region (Hydrogen Wall)
• Filtration of H and O from the bulk flow change in the interface region

Neutral Gas measurements beyond the Termination Shock only possible with Neutral Gas Sensor
