This new course is meant to give the Physics Graduate students some insight
into the research
opportunities in the UNH Physics Department, provides a discussion forum
for the Physics Department colloquia as appropriate, tackles some issues of
what is different between classwork and research, provides the opportunity to
learn tricks of the trade in library and web search, discusses some aspects
of presentation of work, and introduces the important aspect of Responsible
Conduct in Research.
